What did we like?
Both the hair and the cloak look animated, which is amazing considering what they created them in!
Furthermore the legs and arms being at an angle demonstrated a considerable amount of effort.

プレミアユーザーのための新しい特典として、全ての新しいキューブがフルリリースされるより先に1週間の「アーリーアクセス」を提供する事にした。この特典の提供によって、より沢山の人がプレミアユーザーになって、ロボクラフトの開発をサポートしてくれる事を期待してる。

This new Premium benefit will start with the Radar Jammer and Radar Receiver cubes which are planned for release Tuesday next week.
この新しいプレミア特典はレーダージャマーとレーダーレシーバのキューブから始める予定。この新しいキューブは来週の火曜日にリリースされる計画。

Don’t worry though, if you don’t intend to buy Premium just yet, all cubes will become available to all users just one week after the premium launch.
もしまだプレミアを購入しない予定だったとしても、心配しないで。全てのキューブはプレミアローンチの後1週間後に全てのユーザーに利用可能になるから。

勝手な感想

まだアルファの段階なので人員増やして開発速度を上げるより、ちゃんと全体のコンセプトがまとまる少数でしっかり作ったほうが良かったんじゃないかなぁと、人数増えて方向性がまとまらなくなりそうな気もするので。逆に言うと開発資金に目処が付いたから人数を増やしたのかもしれないけど。

ロボクラ公式 Twitter コンペのロボの見方。Twitter を普段使っていない人は流れてるツイートをチェックしにくいので、検索したほうが早いと思う。とりあえず、@RobocraftJPを含む画像を検索したリンクが下の二つ。表示形式が違うだけで、一つは画像だけを並べたもので、もう一つがコメントつきのリスト。

Twitter の検索は基本的に精度が悪いので、結構漏れることがあって全ての出場機が表示されているわけではないと思う。

Today is the release of Robocraft’s next cosmetic item, The Vapour Trail Cube
今日は、ロボクラフトで次の装飾アイテムがリリースされたよ。「The Vapour Trail」キューブだ。

There are two types of Vapour Cubes:
「Vapour Trail」キューブには二つのタイプがある:

– Vapour Trail L1 that has a single line of Vapour and costs 750GC.
Vapour Trail L1 は1本線の Vapour で、値段は 750GC。

– Vapour Trail L2 that has two lines of vapour and costs 1600GC.

Today’s release includes some new Galaxy Cash prices and a few other tweaks and bug fixes.

The new price points if you pay via PayPal are as follows:

REASONS FOR THIS CHANGE:
変更理由:

  • PayPal and the payment providers you can access via Super Rewards charge minimum transactions fees and take a % share of any transaction you make for Galaxy Cash
    ペイパル(PayPal)と Super Rewards 経由でアクセスする事が出来る決済プロバイダーは最小取引手数料とギャラクシーキャッシュにする時の販売手数料が課される
  • The transaction fee and % share is larger for smaller transactions
    小額の取引では取引手数料と販売手数料が大きくなる
  • The fees are so large for small transactions that in some extreme cases with the $1.50 bundle we only received 10% of the money (once you deduct VAT as well)
    小額取引の為の手数料が大きすぎて、1.5ドルのバンドルと同じような極端なケースでは私たちは10%だけの金額を受けとる（おまけに付加価値税を除く）
  • We only want you to pay for Galaxy Cash so that we can improve Robocraft and make it a better game, so we want to reduce the % that goes to PayPal and Super Rewards

  • So, we removed the lowest price points as these are the ones that have terrible transaction fees

  • We’ve also improved the amount money you get per dollar slightly at the same time

  • Plasma Cannon blast radius increase by 20% across all cannons

  • Plasma Cannon reload time faster when you more cannons (from 6 to 5 seconds for 6 cannons)
    沢山のキャラノンを積んだ時のプラズマキャノンのリロード時間を早くした（6門のキャノンで6秒から5秒へ）
  • Grey \ black screen issue fixed, you now see user and robot names and the environment during the countdown
    ユーザー名、ロボット名、マップ名が見えるカウントダウンの最中に、画面が灰色や黒くなってしまう問題を修正
  • We’ve had to increase the countdown time at the start of battle as some users didn’t make it in on time so the battle had started before they had spawned, or they experienced a crash
    戦闘開始のカウントダウンの時間を増加させなければいけなかった。一部のユーザーが時間内にできずに、スポーンする前に戦闘が開始されたり、クラッシュする事があったので
  • New cube coming tomorrow – it’s a secret!

フォーラムでも開催されてたSFロボコンペ

こちらはツイッターではなくフォーラムで開催されている半分プレイヤーによって運営されてるSFのロボコンペ。日本人は日本人向けにツイッターで公式コンペが開催されているので、こちらに参加できるのかはよく分からない。

Get your thinking hats on people, we want to see all kinds of inspirational and majestic Sci-Fi themed Robots in this official Robot building competition, curtsy of SpilledChemicals.

SpilledChemicals has decided to run an unofficial robot building competition and we love the idea!! therefore we have decided to make the competition and official one by backing the competition up with some prized goodies of our own. The three winners of the competition will each receive 3000 Galaxy Cash for their best rendition of a Sci-Fi inspired Robot.

SpilledChemicals が非公式にロボット作成コンペをする事にしていて、僕らはそのアイデアが気に入ったので、いくつかの賞品で公式にコンペを後援しする事に決めた。SF にインスパイアーされた一番いい演出のロボットをだしたコンペの勝者3人は、それぞれ 3000 ギャラクシーキャッシュを受け取れるよ。

The entire competition will be run and judged by spilled chemicals, so make sure you enter!!
