There are some useful commands you can use on the in-game chat:

/w username text – this sends a private message straight to that user
/w ユーザー名 本文 – プライベートメッセージを直接相手に送る
NB: All ‘whispers’ appear with a green username
注意点:全ての「ウィスパー」は緑色のユーザー名で表示される

/ignore username – prevents messages from that user appearing on your chat
/ignore ユーザー名 – そのユーザーからのメッセージが自分のチャット欄に表示されるのを防ぐ（NG指定）

/unignore username – re-instates a users messages in your chat
/unignore ユーザー名 – ユーザーのメッセージを元に戻す（NG解除）

/silence username – only mods can use this, but it prevents a users messages from appearing on everyones chat
/silence ユーザー名 – これはモデレーターのみ使う事が出来る、特定のユーザーのメッセージが他のプレイヤーのチャット欄に表示されなくなる

/unsilence username – again for modes, the opposite of /silence
/unsilence ユーザー名 – これもモデレーター専用、/silence を解除する
